All Sales are FINAL.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders due to a change of heart.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days, minus the amount for original shipping and return shipping (if paid by us).

If your refund is rejected we will contact you with an explanation. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email hello@clothandbeyond.com for authorization and send your item to: 3770 East Antisdale Rd., South Euclid OH 44118, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, these are not eligible for return.  

Shipping
If authorized, you should mail your product to: 3770 East Antisdale Rd., South Euclid OH 44118, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do have video monitoring for our mail delivery. 

Preorder Terms and Conditions

When ordering a preorder by placing a deposit with our deposit system you agree to the terms and conditions of our preorder model.  We state an estimated date of shipping to you. We will invoice for the total due 7 to 10 days prior to shipment.  You have until the anticipated date of shipping to pay your outstanding invoice.  If your invoice is not paid by date of release, you will be refund by store gift card.  If you fail to pay your invoice by the stated date, no refund will be made back to your original form of payment, only store gift card.  If we cannot deliver the product as described, or if we exceed our anticipated shipping window, you will be eligible for a refund to your original method of payment according to the terms set forth by the Federal Trade Commission.
